I really love this recipe. It is quick, easy and healthy. Plus, it tastes great. And as much as the adults will be scooping it up − kids will love it too!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and spread mixture in a thin layer on a cookie sheet. Bake for 5 minutes and then stir with a spatula. Bake another 5 minutes and then stir again.
Keep baking for about 15 minutes total until golden brown all over. Eat immediately or cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
Double this recipe and store it in an airtight container or glass mason jar in the pantry. Add goji berries, raisins, and/or dried blueberries. Enjoy it with almond milk or coconut yogurt all week.
