Movement Assessment
My trained eye on your body — posture, alignment, and how you're loading it. You'll walk away knowing exactly what to keep, change, and add for a stronger, safer practice.
$250Two 60-minute one-on-one sessions over Zoom or in studio. Session one is the read — I watch how you actually move: posture, alignment, gait, and how you load your body, and what your bones, joints, and pelvic floor need. Between sessions I build you a personalized “keep / change / add” plan. Session two, we walk through it together and I coach you through the corrections and the pieces to add — so you leave doing it right, sure that what you're doing is truly serving your body. From there, many keep a simple monthly check-in — to review form and progress as the body changes. Made for the woman who trains on her own.
Mind & Nervous-System Reset
For when the noise gets loud and everything feels like too much. One-on-one, we quiet the nervous system, clear the mental clutter, and set up a few simple rituals — breath, boundaries, real rest — that steady you day to day.

One-on-one over Zoom, we find it, give it shape, and take the first real step. Not business coaching — the guidance of a woman who keeps turning her own thoughts into real things.
