Garlic Lemon Sautéed Broccolini

Broccolini cooks quickly and has a naturally sweet flavor. It's one of those vegetables that turns an ordinary meal into something that feels a little more special.

Ingredients
- 2 bunches broccolini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- Juice of half a lemon
- Lemon zest
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh Parmesan (optional)
Method
- Trim the ends of the broccolini.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add broccolini and sauté for 6–8 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Finish with lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
