The Kitchen · Set Your Week
When the Week Doesn't Go as Planned
The short answer
Some weeks, the Sunday prep just doesn't happen. That isn't failure — it's life. Keep a few fallback meals in your back pocket and you'll always eat well anyway.
Five meals to fall back on
None of these need a plan. Keep the pieces around and any of them comes together in minutes:
- Eggs, greens, and toast
- Greek yogurt, fruit, nuts, and seeds
- Hummus, vegetables, olives, cheese, and pita
- Tuna or chickpeas over greens
- A frozen protein with a bag of vegetables and a simple dressing
Not one of them is complicated. That's the point — on a hard week, simple is exactly right.
Gina's tip
The system is here to support you, not to become another standard you fail to meet. When you haven't prepared, simplify. A basic plate is still a good meal.
And when the mind needs somewhere to land, that's what I built SOVA for — a quiet companion for the moments in between.
