The Healthy Home Reset

The Healthy Home Reset
The short answer

Twice a year, spring and fall, give your home an hour of care. Not a deep clean. A reset: a walk-through that leaves the whole place feeling lighter.

Set aside an hour, put on some music or open a window, and move through your home doing small, satisfying things. It isn’t about perfection, it’s about resetting the space so the life you’re building feels easier to live.

That’s it. An hour, twice a year. The house feels lighter, calmer, and more on your side, which is the whole point. Less about avoiding what’s harmful, more about shaping a home where the healthy choice is the easy one. That, to me, is The Way.

Gina’s note

Put it on the calendar, one hour in spring, one in fall. A ritual you’ll actually keep beats a deep-clean you dread.
